My cellphone is a Sony Ericson P1i, I prefer if you can not only read but also enter and change information. Id also prefer if the program where possible to get in swedish but its not a must. Id prefer if it was a free software but is its usability good enough I could probably pay some kind of a fee. Ofcourse it needs to be able to export back to gedcom-files so i can move the information to my computer.

I think for safety reasons you should keep GEDCOM files to your computer only. The reason I say this is because anything that could contain personal information, especially when the person steals your cell, is just asking for possible identity theft. I am guessing you want it on your cell for mobile use for on-site research. It would be best to use old-fashioned pen/pencil and paper or a laptop if you have one.
